To prepare you and your pet for your visit to our clinic, below are our procedures and normal routine for our patients and their families.

We ask that upon arrival, you check-in at our reception desk. Announcing to us that you have arrived, allows us to keep track of the many clients who sometimes appear at the same time.

You will be shown to an examining room where one of our health care consultants will record your pet's temperature and weight, and make note for the doctor of any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet's health.

If X-rays or bloodwork are required, these services can be completed while you're consulting with the doctor, avoiding a second trip to the clinic specifically for that purpose.

After your consultation with the doctor, a health care consultant will be available to answer any other questions you may have regarding nutrition and/or any of the many other services offered at our clinic.

Our goal is to maintain your friend's wellness mainly through a holistic approach to medicine rather than wait for health problems to occur.
