Hair Tissue Analysis
We use hair tissue analysis to measure the mineral content of your pet’s hair in order to provide us with a mineral blueprint of your pet’s biochemistry. This non-invasive tissue mineral biopsy provides us with information about your pet’s potential for heavy metal or calcium/magnesium/phosphorus mineral imbalances.
Hair tissue analysis uses the same technology that detects minerals in soil and rock samples. Depending on the rate of hair growth, a hair sample can reveal information about the mineral activity from the past 3 to 4 months.
