As East York's Bookkeeper for over 3 years. Mary likes the people and the atmosphere. "Everybody is very friendly and truly loves the animals. I have a dozen clients that I keep books for, and the EYAC is at the top of my list." Plus it has the added advantage of being close to home. I used to have a cat named 'Hastings' and I never got another one because we’re out of the house too much and it wasn’t fair on him. He was very cuddly. I loved it when I’d be sitting on the couch and he’d climb up on me, curl up and start “revving his engines” (purring)."
Dr. Cindy Kneebone has been with East York as an Associate Practitioner since 1998. She enjoys the company of the caring people that surround her to support our animal patients. "Our staff are freethinking, open-minded and willing to learn and implement new therapies. Everyone really has a deep genuine love for animals that makes my job enjoyable." Dr. Kneebone enjoys the quiet outdoors, swimming, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and reading. She has several pets including Bluebird the budgie; Shotsy the cat; Sunny the cat; Rocky the dog. "They aren’t afraid of me like so many of my clients; when I come home at night they’re all over me smelling who I’ve been with during the day."
